Role Purpose
This role is a pivotal part of the achievement of Omni’s vision – helping organisations change the way they resource for the better.
Recruitment Coordinators work within the Recruitment Services team, coordinating and supporting recruitment activities across various teams and clients.
Working with recruiters and suppliers to support and advise candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process pre-offer, including submitting cv’s, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and updating systems.
Working to ensure excellent candidate and recruiter experience, whilst delivering against individual and company targets.
Role Accountabilities
- Working across multiple clients and roles for both permanent, fixed term and contingent fulfilment.
- Taking briefs from Recruitment Partners on roles to be released to suppliers.
- Briefing suppliers on relevant roles and releasing through ATS.
- Working closely with suppliers to provide market intel for the role into the Recruitment Partner where necessary.
- Where applicable monitor advertising responses and ensure Recruitment & Senior Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers are aware of applications.
- Review supplier cv’s with the Recruitment Partners before submitting candidates for review and feedback to suppliers where applicable.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers for direct and supplier applications.
- Schedule interviews with candidates for direct applications.
- Create and send interview packs to candidates/suppliers
- Where applicable liaise with Recruiters to ensure direct candidates are booked in for their interview prep with Recruiters.
- Where applicable provide feedback to candidates, suppliers and hiring managers through the system.
- Update all recruitment systems with offer details and notify the candidate onboarding team of the placement.
- Add candidates to relevant talent pools and update the CRM.
- Updating relevant systems throughout the recruitment process and ensure roles are closed on the system when no longer needed.
- Manage any candidate/supplier queries and escalate issues to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager where applicable.
- Resolve any day-to-day candidate/supplier queries, taking ownership of problems and showing initiative in their resolution.
- Ensuring an excellent experience for everyone involved throughout the process.
- Where applicable daily management of the client resourcing inbox with same day responses given and escalations made to RBP’s/AD’s
- Where applicable management of Internal and where appropriate Referral candidates.
- Answer the client hotline number and the Omni line to help deal with any incoming queries.
- Ensure all information available to the client is correct at every stage of the process.
- Employees are also required to carry out other such duties as may reasonably be required from time to time, up to or at a level consistent with the responsibilities as listed above.

- ATS tasks actioned within the timeframe agreed per client SLA’s.

- Good understanding of the recruitment industry and sector
- Good knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practice.
- Good knowledge and use of recruitment tools, eg Applicant Tracking systems
- Good understanding of recruitment coordination processes.
