About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, J Coffey Construction, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing water infrastructure team. This role focuses on delivering key Severn Trent projects across Worcestershire, contributing to essential water network upgrades and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive commercial and contractual support across all project stages.
- Manage cost control, valuations, forecasting, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and client standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and the client team to drive successful outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the water/utilities sector.
- Familiarity with AMP7 or AMP8 frameworks (or similar regulated water programmes).
- Strong NEC contract knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
