The Role
We are expanding our Construction recruitment team to support London Gatwick’s growth plans. As an onsite Recruitment Partner, you’ll work directly with internal teams to deliver talent for major infrastructure projects. The role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in professional and technical construction hiring, with broad experience of placing candidates into client‑side and contractor environments. You’ll enjoy visibility, collaboration with senior stakeholders and the chance to make a real impact on London Gatwick’s future.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partnering onsite with internal teams to provide expert recruitment support.
- Leading talent attraction activity using advanced recruitment technology.
- Running candidate sourcing campaigns across job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting first stage Teams interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support ongoing project needs.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Managing data accurately within a modern ATS and recruitment systems.
