Omni RMS is seeking an Early Talent Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Birmingham, hybrid working. The role will own a broad portfolio of graduate and apprenticeship programmes, collaborating with stakeholders across a large organisation to deliver development initiatives.
You will oversee onboarding, project delivery and data insights, driving improvements and coordinating with training providers and line managers to support early talent throughout the lifecycle.
