Early Talent Advisor | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Birmingham (Hybrid)
Omni are currently mandated on the following vacancy - Early Talent Advisor to join a leading organisation responsible for operating and improving critical national infrastructure across England.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early talent professional to take ownership of a broad portfolio of graduate and apprenticeship programmes, working with stakeholders across a large and complex organisation.
The role will include:
- Managing early talent programmes and acting as the subject matter expert
- Supporting graduates, apprentices and line managers throughout the talent lifecycle
- Managing relationships with training providers and external suppliers
- Leading early talent projects, events and development initiatives
- Supporting onboarding and registration with training providers
- Developing communications and guidance for early talent programmes
- Managing data, reporting and programme insights
- Driving continuous improvement across early talent initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing graduate, apprenticeship, internship or early talent programmes
- Knowledge of apprenticeships and apprenticeship levy funding
- Experience working within a large or complex organisation
- Strong project and supplier management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Location: Birmingham – hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 12-month fixed term
