At Omni, we do one thing better than anyone else: help dogs with allergies thrive. Founded by vets, we’re the UK’s only dedicated, science-led brand offering a full range of allergy-friendly pet food, supplements, and treats – all made using novel, hypoallergenic proteins.

We’re a growing, vet-founded startup on a mission to become the go-to brand for allergy-prone pets – and we want proactive, passionate veterinary professionals to help us lead that change. That’s why we launched the Omni Champion Programme — a way to collaborate directly with the vet community and support those who see, firsthand, the rise in allergies and gut issues in pets. If you believe in what we’re doing, this is your chance to be part of something from the ground up.

About the Role:

We’re looking for passionate, proactive veterinary professionals to join our growing network of Omni Champions. This flexible role is ideal for those who want to:

  • Recommend products they genuinely believe in
  • Help clients discover allergy-friendly solutions
  • Earn income for referrals and long-term client outcomes

You’ll play a direct role in helping clients manage allergies through our targeted, vet-formulated products — while earning for every referral and reorder.

As a Vet Champion, you will:

  • Recommend Omni products when clinically appropriate
  • Share our science-backed, allergy-friendly range with your network
  • Support better outcomes for dogs with sensitivities and allergies
  • Earn commission for every referral and repeat order
  • Gain priority access to new product trials, launches, and professional development opportunities

Why Join Us?

  • £50 for every new referral, plus 20% commission on repeat orders
  • Free product samples and simple referral tools
  • Be part of a growing, supportive vet-led community
  • Access to clinical updates, CPD opportunities and exclusive events
  • Help shape the future of allergy care in pets

You’ll also receive priority access to any upcoming roles within the Omni team.

Who You Are:

  • A qualified veterinary professional based in the UK (RVN or MRCVS)
  • Passionate about improving pet health through evidence-based nutrition
  • Looking for a flexible, rewarding way to make an impact outside of consults
  • Keen to be part of a dynamic, supportive network of veterinary professionals

Ready to Make a Difference? Join us in building a future where every dog with allergies can thrive — and where vets lead the way in driving better outcomes.

At Omni Pet, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential, regardless of their background, identity, or perspective.
