We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self‑motivated candidates for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor who will carry out supervisory duties within the housekeeping department and support in the following when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms as required.
  • Conduct self‑check of cleaned rooms.
  • Support Head Housekeepers during their leave or days off.
  • Carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen management and supervision.
  • Check each room daily on the assigned floor to ensure it has been cleaned, is supplied with necessary items, and meets the hotel’s required standard.
  • Perform related duties and special projects assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Cover the Head Housekeeper when they are absent.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Floor Supervisor.
  • Willingness to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
  • Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
