The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Shift Pattern:

  • Up to 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 30 min lunch break

Main Duties:

  • Responding to payroll related queries from employees by telephone and email promptly.
  • Updating the computerised payroll system as and when required with new joiners, leavers, changes of details etc.
  • Processing resignations, appropriate leavers paperwork and P45s.
  • Respond to any queries from Area Managers or Clients on payroll related queries.
  • Processing SSP and SMP payments.
  • Completion of any project work as requested by the Payroll Manager or other relevant Senior Managers, i.e. payroll related data for TUPE processes.
  • Administration / filing of all payroll related documentation.
  • Other duties as requested by Management.

Previous Required Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Desirable to have at least basic knowledge of payroll regulations and legislation

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
