We're hiring a Housekeeping Associate
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self‑motivated candidates for the position of Housekeeping Associate who will be responsible for cleaning the hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas, ensuring that sufficient linen is available for daily operations, and may also be required to complete additional cleaning tasks in the Back of House.

Shift Pattern
Night shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays. With the opportunity to work additional hours on the morning shift.

- Experienced in the Housekeeping Department in a hotel
- Willingness to work

Duties include
In your role as a Housekeeping Associate, you may also be required to perform other duties like:
Public Area Cleaner
- Clean designated public areas of the hotel to required standards and by required deadlines
- Complete regular cleaning routines (task of the day)
- Vacuum, mop floors and clean windows
- Dust and polish furniture and restock and clean equipment used
- Replace stock of supplies such as soap, toilet rolls, brochures etc.
- Attend and provide input at housekeeping meetings, act on special instructions and pass on relevant information
- Be responsible for all keys in your possession
- Report anything which may be considered a Health & Safety hazard
- Perform related duties and special projects that may be assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Linen Porter
- Ensure the delivery of clean linen to designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
- Ensure the collection of soiled linen from designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
- Check all linen cupboards regularly and keep them tidy, organised and fully stocked
- Keep the service areas clean and tidy
- Wait for the linen delivery at the specified times
- Bring all dirty linen to the linen room, classify it and count it
- Return damaged linen and ensure it is accounted for by following the required procedure
- Pushing and pulling of linen trolleys throughout the hotel
Room Attendant
- Clean hotel rooms to required standards and by required deadlines
- Complete regular cleaning routines (task of the day) as per training
- Change bed linen and towels and make beds
- High and low dusting and polishing of furniture
- Clean bathrooms, including vanity, sink, bath/shower, tiles / glass and walls
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Replace stock of guest supplies such as shampoo, soap and brochures
- Restock drinks in the minibar
- Restock and clean equipment used
