Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next career move? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of established and growing Children’s Residential Care providers across the UK. Due to continued expansion and new home openings, we have several exciting Registered Manager opportunities available.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance while supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Develop, support, and motivate staff teams
- Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care planning
- Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children’s Residential Care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
