We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Deputy Practice Manager to join our GP Practice in delivering high-quality care to our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking healthcare organisation while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Main Duties

  • The Deputy Practice Manager is an important part of the senior practice management team, responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in managing and co-ordinating all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, to ensure the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
  • You will be delegated with the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the surgery, ensuring the effective processing of all administrative work and appropriate liaison with the reception and administration team while leading the attainment of Local and National KPI’s.
