We\βre now opening our doors in Leeds and are looking for an inspiring, hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and bring the Omnes experience to life for our customers.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you\βll be responsible for the overall success of our Leeds store β from delivering exceptional customer service to driving sales and maintaining our brand standards. You\βll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling positive about their experience and our purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Recruit, train, and develop staff in line with Omnes\β brand values and sustainability ethos
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive store culture
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised service
- Promote Omnes\β sustainable story and help customers understand our ethical approach
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with care and professionalism
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect Omnes\β aesthetic
- Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and product placement to maximise sales
Sales & Performance
- Drive store performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI management
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead by example to achieve store targets and maintain high standards of service
Sustainability & Brand Representation
- Champion Omnes\β sustainability mission in all aspects of the store\βs operations
- Educate both team and customers on the brand\βs ethical practices and materials
- Represent Omnes with integrity, professionalism, and positivity at all times
About You:
We\βre looking for a Store Manager who is:

- An inspiring leader with excellent communication and people skills
- Commercially minded with strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Experienced in retail management (ideally fashion or lifestyle brands)
