The role:
The Supervisor will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. The successful applicant will take ownership of a number of duties while ensuring that the store\’s KPIs are achieved. Furthermore, in the Manager\’s absence, the Supervisor will be the first point of contact, responsible for motivating the in-store team to drive sales, offer exceptional customer service, and expose our brand to unfamiliar customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer interactions are natural, that the team are giving a genuine OMNES experience and be responsible for that journey.
- Ensure that values are in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure that targets such as conversion, ATV and sales are achieved
- Complete weekly trade reports and give quantitive feedback
- Attract and engage customers into making purchases in-store by making quick commercial decisions
- Alongside the store manager, operational duties in store e.g. delivery, cash handling and VM support.
