OMNES is a modern, sustainable and cost-conscious women’s fashion brand, designing ethically crafted clothing. OMNES means ‘all’, a reflection of the fact that we all need to work together to change the way we shop, wear and think about fashion. OMNES focuses on timeless designs with playful pops of print and colour and a considered approach to how their pieces fit bodies of all shapes and sizes. OMNES was founded in London in 2021 to address the gap in access to better wardrobe choices and create a brand that would speak to this unmet need.

The fashion industry is one of the world’s most prolific polluters, with millions of tonnes of textiles ending up in landfill every year, and global supply chain workers being underpaid and exploited. The detrimental impact is vast, and improving the ways it operates could make a truly positive difference to the future of our planet and global community. OMNES strives to act as a responsible global citizen, treating the Earth with respect, and aiming to contribute to its repair.

The role involves looking for a commercially sharp Buyer to own product decisions across the range. You will balance creative instinct with margin discipline, building collections that sell through while holding our sustainability standards. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with Merchandising, Design, and Retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the buying range across seasons, balancing newness, core lines, and commercial bestsellers
  • Own supplier relationships and negotiate cost prices, terms, and lead times
  • Hit margin, sell-through, and markdown targets across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels
  • Work with Merchandising on OTB planning, intake phasing, and stock allocation
  • Partner with Design on range architecture, fit, and fabric within our sustainability framework
  • Track performance by line and trade the range weekly, reacting to sell-through data
  • Manage critical path from selection to delivery, holding suppliers to dates
  • Support sourcing decisions that uphold B Corp and responsible production standards

About you:

  • 4+ years buying experience in womenswear, ideally across multichannel (DTC, wholesale, marketplace)
  • Strong commercial instinct with a track record of hitting margin and sell-through
  • Confident negotiator, comfortable owning supplier relationships
  • Numerate and data-literate, fluent in WSSI, OTB, and trade reporting
  • Genuine interest in sustainable fashion and responsible sourcing
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
  • Organised, with the critical-path discipline to keep deliveries on track
