OMNES means ‘all’, a reflection of the fact that we all need to work together to change the way we shop, wear and think about fashion. OMNES was founded in London in 2021 to address the gap in access to better wardrobe choices and create a brand that would speak to this unmet need. The fashion industry is one of the world’s most prolific polluters, with millions of tonnes of textiles ending up in landfill every year, and global supply chain workers being underpaid and exploited. The detrimental impact is vast, and improving the ways it operates could make a truly positive difference to the future of our planet and global community. We are looking for a commercially sharp Buyer to own product decisions across the range. You will balance creative instinct with margin discipline, building collections that sell through while holding our sustainability standards. Build and manage the buying range across seasons, balancing newness, core lines, and commercial bestsellers • Work with Merchandising on OTB planning, intake phasing, and stock allocation • Track performance by line and trade the range weekly, reacting to sell-through data • Manage critical path from selection to delivery, holding suppliers to dates • 5+ years buying experience in womenswear, ideally across multichannel (DTC, wholesale, marketplace) • Strong commercial instinct with a track record of hitting margin and sell-through • Numerate and data-literate, fluent in WSSI, OTB, and trade reporting • Thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with shifting priorities • Organised, with the critical-path discipline to keep deliveries on track Real ownership and influence over the range in a growing brand • Clerkenwell studio, close-knit team We are an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and committing to an inclusive environment for all employees.
