Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Store Opening Manager to lead the launch of our new retail locations. This role involves overseeing the entire store opening process, ensuring each location reflects OMNES’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement detailed plans for new store openings, coordinating all project phases.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, marketing, human resources, and logistics teams to ensure seamless store launches.
• Budget Management: Oversee opening-related expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
• Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, select, and train store teams, ensuring alignment with OMNES’s values.
