OMNES is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Allocation Planning and Marketplaces Analyst to support our inventory and channel distribution strategy across both owned and third-party platforms. This role will play a key part in analysing sales data, monitoring stock levels, managing product launches on marketplaces, and helping optimise allocation to drive sell-through and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse sales performance, stock levels, and market data to inform allocation decisions
- Develop and execute allocation plans that align with business objectives and product demand
- Manage the upload and launch of products across marketplaces (e.g. Selfridges, John Lewis), ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Monitor inventory distribution across all sales channels and make proactive adjustments
- Work closely with buying, planning, and operations teams to ensure stock flow supports commercial goals
- Identify sales patterns, underperforming lines, and opportunities to optimise stock across regions or platforms
- Maintain allocation and marketplace-related reporting, dashboards, and tools
- Ensure that all channels maintain optimal stock coverage without overexposure
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in allocation, inventory planning, or marketplace operations (fashion/DTC environment strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Experience using data and insights to make commercially sound decisions
- Familiarity with fashion marketplaces and their back-end systems is a plus
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
