  • Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.

You will be based in our GP surgery and will provide a high‑quality and efficient administration service, handling inbound and outbound patient calls.

As the first point of contact for all patients, you will be expected to maintain a friendly and supportive environment at all times.

You will also support clinical and management teams so they can deliver the best care and offer the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services.

Your role will require working autonomously with a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administration services, including inbound and outbound patient calls.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly and supportive environment.
  • Support clinical and management teams, enabling high‑quality NHS Primary Medical Services.
  • Exercise autonomy while maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.

Qualifications

  • Experience of clerical and administrative work.
  • Clear thinking and an analytical approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and promote a good team spirit.
  • Ability to be sensitive and assertive as appropriate.
  • Experience in a client‑facing or customer service position.
  • Motivation and ability to work independently.
