Join our team at Omnes Healthcare as a Patient Health Care Navigator in Camberwell. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to be part of a company that really makes a difference. You will be based in our GP surgery and responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, including inbound and outbound patient calls.

This is an important position within our business as you will be the first point of contact for all our patients, expected to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times. You will also provide essential support to the clinical and management teams, enabling them to deliver the best care and provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services.
