A Patient Health Care Navigator is required to work in our GP surgery, providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, including inbound and outbound patient calls. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a friendly and supportive environment at all times. Essential support to the clinical and management teams will also be part of your role, helping to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services. Autonomy and the ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy, and tact are essential.
