We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team. You will be based in our GP surgery and be responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, with responsibility for inbound and outbound patient calls. You will be the first point of contact for all our patients and will be expected to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times. You will also provide essential support to the clinical and management teams to help deliver NHS Primary Medical Services. You must work with autonomy and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have an impact on people's lives and to join a supportive and patient-focused team.
