We are seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference. As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, and advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary.
Our Practice Nurses work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
- Provide assessment, screening and treatment services
- Advise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GPs as necessary
- Undertake the collection, storage and despatch of pathological specimens
- Other administrative and professional responsibilities
- Experience running Asthma, COPD and Diabetes clinics
