Pharmacist (Permanent) role at Omnes Healthcare. We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our established team and be part of a company that makes a difference. As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment and administrative support. Our Clinical Pharmacists work as part of the general practice team and are supported by a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff, delivering high quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. Omnes Healthcare Limited are a growing organisation operating within the NHS since 2006, offering both Primary and Secondary care services with a forward-thinking approach to patient healthcare. We provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services to registered patients, with a focus on personalised, quality healthcare. Responsibilities
- Provide patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment and administrative support within a GP practice as part of the clinical pharmacy team.
- Work with the general practice team and a diverse professional group to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
- Participate in weekly clinical and practice meetings and pursue clinical progression opportunities.
What You Will Need
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
