Omnes Healthcare is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Senior People Manager in delivering a proactive HR service across the organisation. The role provides expert operational HR advice on employee relations, people management, organisational change and engagement, working with clinical and non-clinical teams.
Based in Manchester with hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in the office) and travel across the UK, the 40-hour per week, 12-month FTC role will manage sickness absence.
