Location: Greenwich – Part‑time, 20 hrs per week (Self‑employed contracts also available).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent prescribing services and clinical advice to patients.
  • Support medication reviews, reconciliation, and optimisation in line with best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, ANPs, and other primary care professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver patient education and counselling to support safe and effective use of medicines.
Role Requirements
  • Current GPhC registration.
  • Independent Prescribing qualification.
  • Experience working within primary care or general practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
