Location: Greenwich – Part‑time, 20 hrs per week (Self‑employed contracts also available).
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent prescribing services and clinical advice to patients.
- Support medication reviews, reconciliation, and optimisation in line with best practice.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, ANPs, and other primary care professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.
- Deliver patient education and counselling to support safe and effective use of medicines.
- Current GPhC registration.
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Experience working within primary care or general practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
