We are looking for motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team in East Dulwich, Greenwich and Camberwell on a self‑employed contract. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. You will perform comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and clinical decision‑making using a holistic, evidence‑based approach.
Role Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Independent Prescribing qualification
- Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
- Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice
- Ability to deliver evidence‑based, clinically effective, and cost‑effective care
- Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision
- Openness to contributing to practice‑based research and service development, where appropriate
