Practice Nurse (Permanent) – Omnes Healthcare

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Salary: Pro rata, based on 40 hours per week.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our established team and be part of a company that really makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, screening, and treatment services.
• Advise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments with referral to GP as necessary.
• Undertake the collection, storage, and dispatch of pathological specimens.
• Perform other administrative and professional responsibilities.

What You Will Need

• Current NMC Registration.
• Experience managing QOF or diabetic specialist duties.
• Practice nurse experience within primary care – essential.
