Position: Patient Health Care Navigator – Full Time – Location: IG11 7LZ
Responsibilities:
- You will be based in our GP surgery and will provide a high‑quality efficient administration service, handling inbound and outbound patient calls.
- As the first point of contact you will create a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors.
- You will support clinical and management teams to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services, working autonomously while maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.

- Experience of clerical and administrative work
