We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference. You will be based in our GP surgery and will be responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, including inbound and outbound patient calls. This is an important position within our business as you will be the first point of contact for all our patients, and you will be expected to provide a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors at all times. Your role will also support the clinical and management teams so that they can deliver the best care and provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.
