We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be part of a company that really makes a difference.
Responsibilities
- You will be working within our purpose-built health Centre on the Greenwich Peninsula, serving 10,500 patients.
- The practice is only a 10 min walk from North Greenwich Underground station and the O2, with access to shops, restaurants, cinema.
- It has good transport links and parking available on site for staff.
- As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by and work with a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment.
- We provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services to the registered patients, each patient unique, and our aim is to provide personalised, quality healthcare.

Requirements
- Current NMC Registration
- Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
- Commitment to patient care
- Adherence to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and related guidance
- Use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care
- Participation in and provision of clinical supervision as required
- Participation in research within the practice, as appropriate
