Job Location: Hybrid Working (Remote with some travel to Omnes locations)
Responsible to: Risk and Compliance Manager
Hours of work: Full Time 40hrs/wk.
Salary: As per contract
Main duties of the job:
- Provide effective and professional support to the organisation’s audit, compliance, and risk management functions.
- Coordinate internal audits, maintain compliance documentation, and support quality assurance and improvement activity to ensure regulatory, contractual, and internal standards are met.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external auditors, and senior stakeholders, requiring sound judgement, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Work independently, using initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines, while remaining flexible to changing organisational needs.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in maintaining accurate records, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Possess competence in Microsoft Office, an understanding of audit and compliance principles, and the ability to support process improvement and training activities.
Experience within healthcare or regulated environments and knowledge of GDPR and regulatory frameworks would be beneficial.
