We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our established Secondary Care team and contribute to a company that truly makes a difference. As an HCA within our NHS Secondary Care Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work alongside a diverse, friendly, and multi-skilled team of clinical and management professionals who deliver a comprehensive range of secondary care services.
Working under the direction of the clinical team, you will carry out delegated tasks and duties that are essential to the smooth running of our services. You will be expected to work with professionalism and autonomy, demonstrating a high level of confidentiality, empathy, sensitivity, discretion, and tact in all interactions with patients and colleagues. Job responsibilities:
- Role: Health Care Assistant
- Contract Type: Full Time
- Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
- Clinic Locations: Barking, Havering and Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Newham
Role Requirements:
- Undertakes tasks and duties delegated by the clinical and management teams
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Sterilisation of equipment
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Basic computer experience

Person Specification:
Applicants should be dedicated, hard‐working, and passionate about patient care. A strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and discretion is essential.
Qualifications: Relevant nursing or healthcare qualifications, or equivalent experience, are required.
Experience: Experience in a clinical environment, and previous work with patients or in a healthcare setting is desirable.
