We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our established team and make a real difference in patient care. As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice delivering assessment, screening, and treatment services. You will provide advice to patients on general health and minor ailments, referring to GPs when necessary.
You will also support pathology processes, including the collection, storage, and dispatch of specimens, and assist with administrative and professional duties, ensuring smooth practice operations. You will be part of a diverse, multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high-quality, person-centred, and holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
