Full time or part time positions (up to 40 hours) with competitive salary/package dependent on experience. We are looking for motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and play a key role in an organisation dedicated to making a real difference to patient care. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team of clinical and non‑clinical colleagues, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision‑making using a holistic and evidence‑based approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care to patients in primary and secondary care settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Make clinical decisions and manage care pathways within the scope of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff.
  • Contribute to practice‑based research and service development where appropriate.
  • Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the Scope of Professional Practice.

Role requirements

  • Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience working within a primary care environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
  • Ability to deliver evidence‑based, clinically effective, and cost‑effective care.
  • Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision.
  • Openness to contributing to practice‑based research and service development, where appropriate.
