About the role

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and play a key role in an organisation dedicated to making a real difference to patient care.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team of clinical and non‑clinical colleagues, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. The role involves comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision‑making using a holistic and evidence‑based approach.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care to patients in primary and secondary care settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Make clinical decisions and manage care pathways within the scope of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff.
- Contribute to practice‑based research and service development where appropriate.
- Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the Scope of Professional Practice.
Role requirements
- Current NMC registration.
- Proven experience working within a primary care environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
- Ability to deliver evidence‑based, clinically effective, and cost‑effective care.
- Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision.
- Openness to contributing to practice‑based research and service development, where appropriate.
