Main duties of the job:
As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will work within a GP practice providing patient-facing dispensing, advice, treatment and administrative support. Our Clinical pharmacists work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.
