Start Date: January 2026\\n\\n OMNES Education London School (OELS)\\n\\n Located in Marylebone, OELS is seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. OELS welcomes approximately 1,300 students every year and offers programmes in Business Management, Engineering, Communications, and Political Science.We have historically acted as a study abroad campus and are now additionally planning to register with the Office for Students and develop New Degree Awarding Powers (NDAPs). \\n\\n We are part of OMNES Education, a private multidisciplinary higher education and research group with institutions located all across Europe, \\n\\n Provide students with high-quality learning experiences in an English environment to help them flourish in their professional and personal lives.
\\n Introduce students to new horizons and help them gain critical insights on international contemporary issues. \\n Empower students to engage in diverse communities as adaptable, resilient, and thoughtful citizens, and serve as a driving force in making positive changes. \\n\\n We are a looking for a Communication and Marketing Manager who will join the team.
Our aim is to reinforce our brand recognition within the professional and academic sectors in the UK and internationally. \\n\\n The role is full-time, though a part-time arrangement at 80% FTE could be considered. \\n\\n Community Manager: \\n Organise and manage the digital eco-system of the school: social platforms, websites, newsletter, etc \\n Create and manage digital content (including videos, photos, articles)\\n Stay up to date with social trends, topics and events \\n Create innovative, appealing and impactful content \\n Report and analyse performance using social listening tools \\n Data analysis of the website (for example: google data studio)\\n Create a monthly report with KPI for the digital ecosystem \\n\\n Communication: \\n Define a communication strategy in line with the HQ strategy \\n Manage the communication on campus (posters, screens, signage, etc)\\n Liaise with the communication managers of the other schools within the group \\n Build and maintain relationship with corporates, entities, universities, and partners including charities to increase student experience in London and favour job opportunities for students \\n Lead the organisation of the events (alumni event, open days, guest talks, community engagement events, workshops, etc)\\n Marketing: \\n In charge of the marketing of short programmes and new degree programmes: \\n The Communications and Marketing Manager reports to the Director of OELS.
\\n\\n IT literate (Adobe Suite, PPT, WordPress)\\n Excellent written and oral communication skills \\n Commercially driven with a creative eye \\n Degree in Communication \\n Experience of managing social media platforms for a brand, a company or an organisation \\n B1 level of French \\n\\n Between 34K and 40K depending on qualifications and experience \\n~ Monthly transport allowance worth 1,680 per year \\n~30 days holiday (including 3 days Christmas closure) + bank holidays \\n~ Access to training and professional development opportunities \\n~ Regular social events organised by the institution \\n\\n\\n Start Date: January 26\\n Full-time #Part-time #Permanent #travelallowance #Hybrid
