About You You’ve got 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, or Agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
You know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar -- but you’re also pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented. 2-3 years in an agency background in your career is a definite plus.
You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else you’ve applied yourself.
People trust you to get stuff done you want ownership, influence, and to play a key role in shaping a team through our scaling journey.
You’re outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action.
You don’t get stuck in process or theory, you move things forward, fast and get to the right answer by testing.
You can hire for both high-volume and specialised searches for niche roles.
You’re a great communicator, i. e. clear, concise, and persuasive.
You can write great outreach, pitch to a passive candidate, have exceptional behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills, and can hold your own in a strategic conversation with senior leaders.
