Omnea is seeking an exceptional commercial lawyer to join our growing Legal team. You will own commercial, corporate, and compliance work as Omnea scales across markets.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will negotiate enterprise agreements, advise on data protection, support corporate transactions, and help drive compliance and infosec initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role with significant autonomy, influencing product, data privacy, and strategic deals.
