Our Mission At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
What We’re Looking For We're looking for commercially sharp, tenacious operators who are exceptional at building relationships to further accelerate our Private Equity Partnerships motion. We are open to hiring multiple roles here across London, New York and Austin at varying levels of seniority depending on experience.
You'll build, operationalise and deepen our most important external relationships and help turn PE partnerships into a repeatable, scalable source of revenue. We've seen early success with partner-led growth — particularly through private equity firms recommending Omnea to their portfolio companies, and consultancies collaborating with Omnea on enterprise clients — and are now scaling this into a core growth engine.
What You Can Expect This role is highly execution-oriented, with direct ownership over two key areas of Omnea's partnerships motion:
- You’ll hunt new private equity relationships — defining your priorities, finding creative ways in, and building the case for why Omnea is worth recommending to their portfolio.
- You’ll operationalise our existing PE partnerships — managing the relationship day-to-day, driving portfolio company introductions, and ensuring partners see consistent value from working with Omnea.
- You’ll organise ecosystem building events for the private equity and portfolio community.
- You’ll be accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, helping unlock new opportunities and improve win rates across deals.
- You’ll work hands‑on with the Sales team on live deals and work with partners to build unfair advantages to drive joint wins, then codifying what works into repeatable playbooks.
- You’ll partner with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to build out the customer stories and ROI metrics that give private equity partners the quantitative proof points they need to keep recommending Omnea, strengthening the flywheel.
About you You have 2–6 years of experience in high-performance, fast-moving environments. You've spent your early career in strategy consulting, investment banking, or investing, and/or you have commercial experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up in a quota-carrier, account management or partnerships role. You've got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it's in academia, work, sport, or whatever else you've put your mind to. You're deeply commercial and outcome-oriented, able to move from relationship management to execution and measurable impact. You have the communication skills and polish to work confidently with senior stakeholders across PE firms. You're intellectually sharp and able to quickly understand complex products, simplifying problems into clear next steps, deal strategy, or product feedback. You're ambitious and competitive, thrive on responsibility, and are motivated by building something meaningful in a high-ownership environment. You perform best in environments that demand speed, accountability, and autonomy, and you care deeply about building something that lasts.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else!
