Our Mission At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

What we're looking for:

  • We're looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take a leading role in hiring for Accounts Management, Customer Success, and Solutions roles. You'll be a core member of the customer recruiting team, refining and scaling how we attract and hire exceptional talent in this space.
  • You'll lead sourcing, outreach, pipeline development, and candidate close. You'll optimise how we source and evaluate customer talent, elevate the candidate experience, and continuously sharpen what 'great' looks like. This is a hands-on doing role: you'll spend significant time on sourcing, screening, and relationship management.
  • As we scale, you'll refine processes and ways of working that strengthen how we hire for customer excellence.

We have a talent function focused on quality and care, not volume and speed. This role is for someone who wants real ownership and to be genuinely embedded in the team, continuously refining what we do.

What can you expect?

  • Lead how we source and hire for customer roles. Map the talent market, build a personal network of top-tier customer talent, and optimise how we source, screen, and close for customer roles. You'll become the person our customer leadership trusts to find exceptional talent.
  • Be hands-on. Spend significant time on outreach, screening calls, and candidate management. Map talent markets, run sourcing campaigns, and give candidates a genuine sense of who we are. This isn't a back-office role.
  • Partner with customer leaders. Understand what 'great' looks like for an Account Manager or Customer Success Lead. Shape role specs with hiring managers, define success profiles, and influence who joins the team.
  • Obsess over candidate experience. Be thoughtful about every interaction from first outreach to final call. Advocate for candidates internally, manage expectations clearly, and build relationships even when they don't get the role.
  • Craft authentic outreach. Write compelling, personalised messaging that engages passive candidates. Pitch Omnea with genuine enthusiasm, understanding what motivates customer-facing talent.
  • Build credibility in the customer community. Become the go-to person for opportunities at a scaling organisation. Contribute to employer brand and build a personal network through thoughtful outreach.
  • Continually refine how we hire as we scale. Optimise processes based on what's working, coach customer leaders on what we've learned, and evolve our playbooks. Strengthen the customer recruiting function as a competitive advantage.

About you:

  • 5+ years recruiting for or in Customer Success or customer-facing roles in scaling startups. You know what great looks like and hold a high bar, but you're pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
  • You genuinely care about candidate experience. You see recruitment as a two-way relationship. You ensure candidates feel heard and consider Omnea in the future, even if they don't get the role.
  • Track record of execution. You've met ambitious targets, built strong networks in the startup ecosystem, and people trust you to get things done.
  • Ruthlessly organised and outcomes-driven. You prioritise under pressure, measure success by results, leverage AI in your processes, and nail the fundamentals: process discipline, clear communication, ATS hygiene.
  • Entrepreneurial and want real ownership. You're not looking for a narrow recruiter role. You want to improve what we do and shape how we hire for customer roles. You see this as an opportunity to elevate recruiting excellence.
  • Strong bias to action. You move fast, test ideas, and thrive in ambiguity. You execute with minimal guidance.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator. You write compelling outreach, pitch passive candidates, conduct thoughtful interviews, and can hold your own in strategic conversations.
  • A really good human. Collaborative, kind, low-ego. You want to win, but not at others' expense. You're mission-driven and genuinely excited about making something exceptional even better with us.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
