What We’re Looking For

Omnea is scaling fast after raising its Series B in September 2025 – and hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We are looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take end-to-end ownership of roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.

You will partner directly with one of our senior stakeholders, depending on which Hiring Manager you are paired with. This will be one of our Chief Commercial Officer, VP Customer, Head of Product or our Engineering Leads. In the interim, you will dotted-line report into both our CFO and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they are hired.

You will work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence. You will drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You will help us recruit top-tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.

We are building a very different type of talent function, focused on quality & care rather than volume & speed. This role is for someone who wants to be embedded with senior leaders, have real ownership, and help shape the foundations of Omnea's team as we continue to scale!

Right now our open talent roles are aligned to:

  • Engineering roles (software engineers).
  • Customer Roles (Implementation and professional services, Technical operations and support, Solutions Associates).
  • GTM roles.

What Can You Expect?

  • You will help us build Europe’s best talent org from the ground up, thinking from first principles and ensuring we continue to work with only the top 1%.
  • You will spend a lot of time mapping, outreaching, and contacting candidates, and doing the first stage screening for your team.
  • You will create the playbook to hire your HM's roles, making talent a core competitive advantage of Omnea.
  • You will partner directly with senior leaders & hiring managers to shape role specs, align on success profiles, and constantly hit hiring targets.
  • You will elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and obsessing over what 'great' looks like.
  • You will craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns like a salesperson. You will cut through the noise to engage top-tier talent with authentic messaging.
  • You will shape Omnea's presence in the market by contributing to employer branding, sharing thought leadership, and positioning us as the best place to work for the most ambitious talent.
  • You will build and nurture a personal network of the top 1% talent; running invite-only events, networking with investors, and becoming known as the go-to person for elite hires.

About You

  • You have 3-5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, or Agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • You know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar – but you are also pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented.
  • You have a track record of exceptional performance, whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else you have applied yourself.
  • You are a ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes over inputs.
  • You are entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business.
  • You are outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action.
  • You are a great communicator, i.e. clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • You are proactive and crave accountability.
  • You are ambitious and competitive; not in a sharp-elbows way, but because you care deeply about your career and doing the best work of your life.
  • And you are just a really good human, i.e. collaborative, kind, low-ego.
