At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

What We're Looking For

You’ll own Omnea's entire product and AI narrative, ensuring people understand what we do, why it matters, and how we differentiate from competitors. You’ll sit at the intersection of product & go-to-market: owning how we talk about the things we are building, from new product launches to sales decks to competitor analysis. In a world now full of substance-less 'AI washing', you will deliver clear, compelling messaging that cuts through the noise and elevates Omnea in the market. You’ll get to know our customers well, understand the impact it is having on their businesses, and incorporate those stories into what we're selling. In the AI era, it is all about humanising what we do and explaining impact in an understandable way.

The right person is a builder at heart: you don't want to just discuss high-level strategy, you want to execute. You’ll interview customers, write articles, build decks, and train others on how to position the product. You'll want to get stuck in; maybe even doing a launch video yourself if needed!

What You Can Expect

  • You’ll be our GTM team’s most important partner. Our GTM team are closing deals with some of the world’s most renowned businesses, like Spotify, Synthesia, and Monzo. You’ll build product overviews and competitive battlecards to help GTM win deals.
  • You’ll own positioning and messaging for Omnea for the existing and future platforms. You’ll define how we talk about the platform to procurement leaders, finance teams, and anyone who is evaluating whether to buy Omnea. You'll translate complex product concepts into clear language that resonates with our buyer persona. You'll make sure every channel, website, sales deck, analyst conversation, and press tells the same story, and tells it well.
  • You’ll amplify our customers' voices: You'll interview customers, identify what actually changed for the person doing the job, and shape that into something people feel. A good customer story is about a person and their problem, told honestly. The insights you surface will inform how we position, sell, and build.
  • You’ll lead product launches end-to-end. From the moment something is on the roadmap, you'll be working out how we bring it to market. That means owning the narrative, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Marketing, building the launch assets, and making sure the launch creates some noise.
  • You’ll arm the GTM team to win: You'll build the product overviews, battlecards, and enablement assets our team needs to close deals with companies like Spotify, Synthesia, and Monzo. You'll own the competitive intelligence function: tracking the landscape, understanding market shifts, and feeding that back into how we position and sell.

About You

You’ve spent at least 5 years in B2B SaaS in product marketing or a highly commercial role (VC, IB, or similar). Given the breadth of this role – from launch coordination, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, to customer storytelling – the strongest candidates will have hands-on experience across more than one of these areas. You've built differentiated messaging from scratch for a product in a noisy or complex category, and successfully coordinated cross-functional product launches that drove commercial impact. Note: we are also happy to bet on hunger & ability over specific experience. Perhaps you haven’t done product marketing but have done a lot of outside-in research & writing on markets as a VC or entrepreneur.

You write exceptionally well. You can take a product spec and turn it into a narrative that resonates with our buyers. You've published externally – perhaps articles, web copy, or case studies – with emotional intelligence, creativity and taste. You want to use the latest AI tools and are curious about the way the markets are unfolding. You can evidence your curiosity or thought leadership in other areas.

You understand enterprise sales cycles and might have worked closely with a sales team. You know the difference between a battlecard that gets used vs one that is collecting dust. You've helped people win deals with messaging & other assets. You’ve done your best work in a startup or scale-up environment. You know what it means to build the playbook while executing it. You're not waiting for a brand team, a design resource, or a content agency to ship great work. You are resourceful and energised by the challenge of making something complicated feel clear & obvious.

You have a track record of top performance in academia, in the workplace, or in both. You bring strong opinions and the judgment to back them up. And you understand that impact here means being in the weeds as much as in the strategy: writing, building, calling customers, whatever it takes.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
