About the Role
We are looking for a Product Director - Finance to lead product across the finance offering of the Omnea platform. Procurement is tightly coupled with finance processes, and we seek a product leader with experience in this space.
In this role, you will be hands-on in setting product direction and driving execution from day one, rapidly growing into building and managing a team of PMs as we scale.
This is a leadership role that blends execution, product vision, and organisational scaling. You will report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Own product strategy and execution for Omnea's finance offering.
- Demonstrate the market opportunity, the investment case, and the execution plan.
- Hire and coach high-performing product managers.
- Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership.
- Ensure we are learning fast and shipping thoughtfully.
- Partner with go-to-market to position and differentiate Omnea's product.
- Support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.
- Help define and evolve Omnea's product development culture as we scale.
About You
- 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.
- Experience building finance products from 0 to 1.
- Enterprise B2B experience.
- Strong product strategy skills.
- Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders.
- Care deeply about product quality.
