At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. We're looking for someone hungry to learn to join us as our People Operations Associate or Office Manager! (Please note we will either hire someone as a people operations title or as an office manager, rather than both - this role can take a slightly different shape and career path depending on people's aspirations and experience!)
Your day-to-day will involve hands-on support across logistics, workflow automation (onboarding, offboarding, IT), office administration, events and internal operations. Beyond this, you'll have the opportunity to assist with projects wherever an extra set of capable hands is needed, including exposure to finance and other internal teams.
Operational Cadence:You’ll help handle the admin, workflows and logistics that free up our leaders to focus and enable the entire business to move faster. You'll build and maintain our onboarding, offboarding, contracting, scheduling, and administrative workflows, from everything from setting up laptops for new joiners to making sure our contract filing system is robust and always up to date.
Beating heart of keeping the office culture running:You will help maintain our office environment (weekly food orders, office moves and fit-outs, managing our service providers for cleaning and reconfiguration) and plan our regular London socials and events. You'll assist with projects across all of Operations, gaining real visibility into how a startup runs behind the scenes, whether it's helping out with month-end bookkeeping or regular payment runs, or helping the sales team plan their quarterly kick-offs.
Get involved in a range of tasks - help with onboarding, audits, events, socials, merch and scheduling. Where we have our company monthly meetings, you will also get exposure to IT and AV to make our hybrid events a great experience.
You see a future career down an operational path, whether that's in office management, People/HR, finance, or IT, you can see yourself being someone who makes a career of putting together all the nuts and bolts that help a business run. You might be a recent grad, early in your career or pivoting from a different field - what matters is your energy, problem-solving mindset, organisational skills, and desire to learn.
You’re technical for a non-technical person: you can figure out how to do stuff with AI, build good workflows and systems, and you're comfortable learning a lot about IT and AV. You have a strong track record: good academics and a clear drive to learn and push yourself, and you have some impressive experience - it doesn’t need to be formal work experience, it could be launching a side hustle, building a society at university, running events, or anything that shows you’ve taken initiative and made something happen.
You’re good with people: you’re just as comfortable chatting to a senior leader as you are with a new hire - you'll be one of the first people that a lot of our new joiners meet. You're based in London or nearby: this is a hybrid role (standardly 3 but for this role, sometimes 4 days a week in-person) in Victoria.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. We offer competitive geo-localised benefits. We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive.
