Omnea is scaling rapidly and is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to take end-to-end ownership of GTM hiring, from sourcing to close. You’ll define and drive a high-quality hiring engine for Europe, mapping, outreaching, and screening top candidates to ensure we hire the best 1%. You’ll partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape role specs, success profiles, and hiring targets, coaching interviewers and refining scorecards while building a lasting talent network.
