Omnea is seeking a Chief of Staff for the Product organization in the UK. You will report directly to Rob, VP Product, and act as his closest partner to run the product organisation's operational and strategic work.
You’ll own the tool stack, launch rhythm, and top-level metrics, while developing Claude skills and automations that accelerate the team. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role with strong collaboration across AI, product, and engineering.
