What we’re looking for We are looking for hard-working, commercially-minded sales generalists to join us. You may be new to sales or B2B SaaS, but you’ll be hungry to learn by doing and have a massively accelerated career trajectory. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee.
Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the best Commercial Associate out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage!

What Can You Expect? You’ll be an early commercial hire at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies, working alongside an experienced team who have done this before and worked with the best investors and teams out there. You’ll be the engine for Omnea’s future growth and will learn first-hand how to scale a go-to-market function and bring in tens of millions in ARR. You’ll spend about 75% of your time on demand generation – strategically identifying, prospecting, and qualifying prospective customers to generate interest in our technology and to build pipeline for future growth. You will own our go-to-market messaging for different geographies and sectors, building and executing outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.). You’ll create best-in-class outbound sales processes and messaging, iterating as you go and later teaching new joiners how it’s done. You’ll spend the rest of your time helping to drive our go-to-market function and supporting our CCO and Commercial Leads in deal-related activities – RFPs, proposals, managing sales pipeline, helping to close deals, and in time planning GTM strategy. Given the broad scope and impact of this role, you will receive a bonus based on overall company revenue as well as individual pipeline created.
Our expectation is that you put yourself forward for a revenue quota-carrying Account Exec role after 12-15 months, and a team lead/managerial-level role after that. Ultra-high achievers will be given the opportunity even sooner. Or you may choose to focus on mastering an adjacent commercial specialism (e.g. customer success, solutions consulting).
About You You have a constant focus on growth and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You’re intelligent and can work stuff out from first principles. You’re hard-working and willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever. You’re entrepreneurial and will make an excellent future commercial leader and/or founder. You have 1-4 years of experience excelling in high performance work environment such as top tier professional services (IBD, VC, consulting etc.), selling at a high growth B2B start-up, or perhaps have been a founder yourself. You may not have any B2B / SaaS sales experience but you will have excelled at something incredibly challenging that demonstrates your grit and ability to sell. For example, you may be a career changer who did well in a different sector like law or banking or consulting or something else similarly intense and difficult, but now want to go on this journey of learning to sell and building a business.
You like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. No job at a startup is glamorous, but you are focused on output and consider no job as too messy to get stuck into. You derive fulfilment from doing any task exceptionally well. You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want to rise faster than would be possible in any normal career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required. You want to grow within Omnea.
