Job Description
You will lead the design and implementation of Omio's total compensation and benefits strategy. We're looking for a strategic Senior Manager to build compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and engage top talent across Omio Group. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to shape reward practices across a diverse business.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Compensation CCP certification or Master's is a plus.
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation familiarity with Leapsome or similar performance tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems like Workday and people data to generate reports and insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present to Executive stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and professional, with a collaborative approach and strong integrity.
