As a Growth Marketing Manager at Omio, you own the growth and commercial success of a defined market or region. You are responsible for identifying, prioritizing and scaling the most effective growth levers across the full user journey, with a strong focus on paid acquisition across web and app, partnerships, and search‑driven growth.
Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, you define the growth strategy for your market, make trade‑offs between scale and efficiency, and drive disciplined, sustainable user and revenue growth through experimentation, data‑driven decision making, and continuous learning.
- End‑to‑End ownership: Own growth performance and commercial success for a defined market or region, driving user and revenue growth by defining, prioritizing, and scaling high‑impact levers across the full user journey. You will collaborate and align with the Expansion team/STOs.
- Growth strategy: Develop and execute market‑specific growth strategies across: Paid Search (SEM), Paid App channels (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns), Affiliate and Influencer Marketing, SEO and ASO (strategic oversight and optimization, not full content ownership).
- Campaign & Investment Management: Own end‑to‑end campaign and investment execution for your market, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing scale vs Efficiency, while identifying and scaling new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Local Market Adaptation: Own creative and messaging performance for your market by translating global playbooks into locally relevant growth initiatives. Partner with local agencies and internal teams to test hypotheses, refine localisation, and improve performance based on market‑specific insights.
- Affiliate & Influencer Management: Oversee affiliate and influencer performance for your market, along with the Affiliate team, including partner onboarding, performance evaluation, and ROI optimization.
- Stakeholder Management & Influence: Build strong working relationships across Growth, Expansion, Product, Analytics, and senior commercial stakeholders. Navigate differing perspectives, align on priorities, and communicate recommendations clearly in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment.
- Data & Measurement: Leverage tracking and analytics infrastructure to ensure accurate attribution, measurement, and insight generation, and use data to inform decision making, trade‑offs, and next steps.

Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly in high‑pressure or ambiguous environments. Strong experience in performance and growth marketing, with a proven track record and hands‑on expertise in scaling paid acquisition across major platforms (especially Google Ads), including web and app environments. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing or scaling Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing programs, including partner evaluation, optimization, and ROI‑driven decision‑making. Experience with campaign automation, testing, and experimentation frameworks, and the ability to apply learnings at scale. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of growth KPIs, attribution models, and performance metrics; experienced in working with large datasets and using tools like Excel (or similar) to generate insights and drive decisions.
