Repair & Calibration Technician (f/m/x)


What\’s it all about?

  • you will perform diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades on OMICRON test equipment according to internal procedures and quality standards
  • you will maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and calibrations for ISO and internal compliance
  • you will participate in continuous training programs to keep up with product developments and testing technologies
  • you ensure that the service area is organized, clean, and meets ESD safety requirements
  • you will handle device in and outbound logistics
  • you will manage spare parts inventory

  • What are we looking for?

  • you have an A Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician / Metrology Technician Apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, or a comparable education
  • you have minimum 2 years of experience in service, repair, or calibration of electronic or electrical equipment (preferably in a high-precision or test equipment environment)
  • you bring a good understanding of analog/digital electronics, test methodologies, and measurement principles
  • you are proficient with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • you enjoy working independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • you are willing and able to travel internationally for training and occasional support activities
  • you have excellent English language skills
